The Finder “face” is probably one of the Mac’s most recognizable icons. So why not put it on a tee shirt and have a way to show off your Mac pride? Although this shirt is only a concept right now, if enough people show interest, I will add it to the store.

Over the holidays, I received a copy of Dan Cederholm’s CSS3 for Web Designers and Jeremy Keith’s HTML5 for Web Designers, the first two installments of a series of books from A Book Apart, aimed at “people who make websites” (to quote their tagline.) After reading through the two books, I was inspired to re-code my website from the bottom up using some of the new techniques explained in the books. And while the project began as a simple re-coding meant to visually look the same as the original design, it more and more became a complete over-haul of the site. I decided to take this re-coding as an opportunity to fix things in the old site that I felt could be redone in a way to make the site experience better.
